Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees, service charges, and tips are additional and will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
4. Ordering Process
4.1 Placing Orders
When you place an order through paradisechicken.ca:
- Select your items and customize as needed
- Choose pickup or delivery and select a time
- Review your order and provide contact information
- Complete payment to confirm your order
- Receive confirmation via email and/or SMS
4.2 Order Acceptance
Your order is not confirmed until you receive our order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to: item unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery zone restrictions, or restaurant capacity limitations.
4.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting us immediately. Once food preparation begins, modifications and cancellations may not be possible. Please contact your local Paradise Chicken location directly for urgent changes.
5. Delivery Terms
5.1 Delivery Zones and Fees
Delivery is available within designated zones from each Paradise Chicken location. Delivery fees vary by distance and are displayed during checkout. Minimum order amounts may apply for delivery orders.
5.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Actual delivery times may vary due to order volume, weather conditions, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5.3 Delivery Acceptance
Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, we may leave the order in a safe location (contactless delivery) or attempt to contact you. paradisechicken.ca is not responsible for orders left unattended at your request.

- Orders not delivered within a reasonable time
- Order cancelled before preparation
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
8. Food Allergies and Dietary Information
IMPORTANT: paradisechicken.ca prepares food in kitchens that handle common allergens including but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, and shellfish. Cross-contamination is possible despite our best efforts.
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please clearly indicate this when ordering and contact the restaurant directly to discuss your needs. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens.

9. Loyalty Program
The Paradise Chicken Rewards program allows members to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for rewards. Full program terms are available at paradisechicken.ca/rewards. Key terms include:
- Points are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Points expire 12 months after earning
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program with notice
- Fraudulent activity may result in account termination
10. Intellectual Property
All content on paradisechicken.ca, including logos, images, menu descriptions, and website design, is owned by Paradise Chicken and protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law:
